Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application "HabitFi" ("App") provided by crelve ("we", "us", or "our"). HabitFi is an AI-powered money habit tracking app that helps you record expenses, set budgets, and achieve financial goals. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1. Application

These Terms apply to all relationships between us and users regarding the use of the App.

Article 2. Registration

To use the App, you must agree to these Terms and register through the method specified by us. Registration is complete when we approve your application.

Article 3. Account Management

You are responsible for properly managing your account information. You may not transfer or lend your account information to any third party under any circumstances.

Article 4. Subscription and Fees

HabitFi offers optional Premium subscription plans with enhanced features:

• Monthly Plan: $4.99 per month
• Annual Plan: $34.99 per year (save ~42%)

Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscription fees are charged upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

All financial figures displayed in the App are for personal tracking purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.

Article 5. Prohibited Activities

You shall not engage in any of the following activities when using the App:

1. Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
2. Activities related to criminal acts
3. Activities that infringe on intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights or interests of us or third parties
4. Activities that destroy or interfere with our servers or network functions
5. Activities that may interfere with the operation of the App
6. Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
7. Collecting or accumulating personal information about other users
8. Impersonating other users
9. Activities that directly or indirectly provide benefits to antisocial forces in connection with the App
10. Other activities we deem inappropriate

Article 6. Suspension of Service

We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the App without prior notice if we determine that any of the following circumstances exist:

1. When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates to the computer system for the App
2. When it becomes difficult to provide the App due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
3. When computers or communication lines are stopped due to an accident
4. When we otherwise determine it is difficult to provide the App

Article 7. Usage Restrictions and Deregistration

We may restrict all or part of your use of the App or deregister your account without prior notice if you fall under any of the following:

1. If you violate any provision of these Terms
2. If it is discovered that there are false facts in your registered information
3. If we otherwise determine your use of the App to be inappropriate

Article 8. Disclaimer

We do not expressly or impliedly warrant that the App is free from defects in fact or law (including but not limited to defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).

The expense and financial data displayed in the App are based solely on the information you input. We do not provide financial advice, and users are responsible for their own financial decisions.

We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the App, except in cases of our intentional or gross negligence.

Article 9. Changes to Service Content

We may change, add, or discontinue the content of the App with prior notice to users, and users agree to this.

Article 10. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms without notice when we deem it necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted in the App.

Article 11. Handling of Personal Information

Personal information obtained through the use of the App shall be handled appropriately in accordance with our "Privacy Policy."

Article 12. Notices and Communications

Notices or communications between users and us shall be made by the method specified by us.

Article 13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute regarding the App, the courts having jurisdiction over our head office location shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
